4. Academic Integrity

The Service is designed to assist with learning, revision and exam preparation. It is not a substitute for original work. You must not:

• Submit AI-generated answers, essays or solutions for academic credit as if they were your own original work, unless explicitly permitted by your institution.
• Use the Service to cheat on examinations, assignments or assessments.

6. Enforcement & Remedies

• Feature restriction: Temporary or permanent limitation of access to specific features.
• Account suspension: Temporary disabling of your account pending investigation.
• Account termination: Permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any remaining subscription balance if termination is for cause.
• Legal action: Reporting to law enforcement or pursuing civil remedies where the violation causes harm or violates applicable law.

We will determine the appropriate remedy based on the severity, frequency and intent of the violation, as well as any history of prior breaches.
