1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using no excuses.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and MALLELA BALA SHANMUKHA ANIRUDH ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Overview

no excuses.ai is an AI-assisted academic productivity platform for students. The Service helps users organise syllabi, generate study plans, produce model answers, revision notes and related learning material. Features, quotas and availability may evolve over time at our sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@noexcusesai.in of any unauthorised access.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs.
• Interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service or other users.
• Submit generated content for academic evaluation in violation of your institution's rules.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate study material. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or biased. It is provided for educational assistance only and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial or academic advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and appropriately using any output before relying on it — including for exams, assignments or submissions.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated on the checkout page.
• Access is granted on successful payment confirmation.
• Subscriptions remain active for the paid term. Renewal, cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change pricing prospectively; existing paid terms will not be affected.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its brand, logos, design, interface, text, prompts, workflows and underlying software — is owned by or licensed to MALLELA BALA SHANMUKHA ANIRUDH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

9. Data Usage & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you. You consent to such processing by using the Service.

10. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may inter-operate with third-party providers (for example payment gateways, email delivery, authentication providers and AI model providers). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third parties.

11. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the material you upload ("User Content").
• You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display User Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service for you.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use any User Content.
• AI-generated output based on your User Content is licensed to you for personal academic use, subject to these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or misuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MALLELA BALA SHANMUKHA ANIRUDH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or academic outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MALLELA BALA SHANMUKHA ANIRUDH, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, law or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
