Refund & Cancellation.

1. 7-day full refund

First-time Pro or Pro Plus subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. Email support@noexcusesai.in from your registered address with the transaction ID.

2. How refunds are processed

• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• UPI / bank refunds are issued to the same account that made the payment.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Upgrade page or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the paid term. Monthly plans are not pro-rated.

4. Service downtime

If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault, we will issue a pro-rated credit on request.

5. Not eligible for refund

• Requests made after 7 days of the original payment.
• Renewals of an existing subscription.
• Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
